柳州市位于中国广西壮族自治区的中北部，地理坐标大致在北纬23.3°至26.0°之间，东经108.3°至110.2°之间。东临桂林市，西接河池市，南靠来宾市，北邻贵州省，距离省会贵阳市约300公里。

Liuzhou City is located in the north-central part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, with geographical coordinates roughly between 23.3° to 26.0° north latitude and 108.3° to 110.2° east longitude. To the east, it borders Guilin City; to the west, it connects with Hechi City; to the south, it is adjacent to Laibin City; and to the north, it neighbors Guizhou Province, approximately 300 kilometers from the provincial capital, Guiyang.

柳州历史悠久，文化底蕴深厚，建城已有2100多年历史。作为一个多民族聚居的地区，柳州的文化多元，壮族、苗族、侗族等少数民族文化在这里交汇。柳州是著名的“柳宗元文化”发源地，唐代文学家柳宗元曾任柳州刺史，并在此留下了许多传世诗文。

Liuzhou has a long history and rich cultural heritage, with over 2,100 years of history since its establishment. As a region where multiple ethnic groups reside, Liuzhou boasts a diverse culture, with Zhuang, Miao, Dong, and other minority cultures converging here. Liuzhou is also the birthplace of the renowned "Liu Zongyuan Culture." The Tang dynasty writer Liu Zongyuan once served as the governor of Liuzhou, leaving behind many enduring literary works during his time in the city.

柳江大桥的建设始于20世纪初期，是当时柳州重要的基础设施工程之一，桥梁全长约400米，横跨柳江河，连接了柳州市的东西两岸，成为贯通市区的重要通道，不仅是柳州市区重要的交通枢纽，也是一座具有历史意义和美学价值的桥梁。

The construction of the Liujiang Bridge began in the early 20th century, making it one of the key infrastructure projects in Liuzhou at that time. Spanning approximately 400 meters, the bridge crosses the Liu River, connecting the eastern and western parts of the city. It has become a vital thoroughfare in the urban area, serving not only as an essential traffic hub in Liuzhou but also as a bridge of historical significance and aesthetic value.
